Directions for Use

Administered based on weight, 2x daily:

• Up to 100 lb = 1 ml
• 100 – 180 lb = 1.5 ml
• 180 – 250 lb = 2 ml
• Over 250 lb = 2.5 ml

Starting Dose: We recommend starting with 1/2 single dose at bedtime for the first week. Gradually increase to indicated dose both morning and night as tolerated. 

Shake bottle for 1 minute. Dispense and hold under tongue for 2 minutes or use as recommended by health care provider.
